Elsner prides itself on manufacturing high-quality control devices and sensors for building and home automation entirely in Ostelsheim. Their high degree of vertical integration, or "insourcing," means that development, product design, assembly, testing, technical documentation, marketing, and sales are all handled by their dedicated team.

Elsner & KNX

Since joining the KNX Association in 1999, Elsner has been actively involved in advancing this standard. They are proud founding members of the KNX Professionals Deutschland e.V. association, established in 2022. Elsner develops and produces a wide range of KNX-compatible products, including sensors, actuators, push-buttons, and touch panels, as well as devices equipped with various sensors like weather stations, presence detectors, and CO2 and leakage sensors.
