IntesisHome to AC Cloud Control

IntesisHome is now known as AC Cloud Control. This is a part of the IntesisHome integration into the Intesis Cloud Control family.

The update to the new app was initially rolled out on 1st October 2020 & can now be done at any time. The old app version will continue to work as normal until updated.

What is new with AC Cloud Control? 

IntesisHome service will remain the same. It is important to note this is a branding update & not functionality. 

This means the only change is to the name and the look & feel of the app & web front-ends. 

All IntesisHome devices and users will continue to work as usual, so every configuration previously done will be kept in the same way under the new brand. 

The most important thing for you is that absolutely nothing will have to be done from your side, except for a normal app update which can be completed now. 

Access to Web and App User Interface

Accessing the current web-based dashboard will automatically redirect to the new URL, https://accloud.intesis.com. 

All credentials will remain the same & so entering the current credentials will automatically log in. 

Please note that the configuration will be in the same way it was before, just in a better looking and more intuitive way.
